I spent 5 years in a company called DNV GL. Here you can find my reflections on how we in the competence function implemented a learning model called 70:20:10 and what it takes to successfully do so. For those unfamiliar with 70:20:10 it basically says that we learn through formal courses (10), we learn through others (20) and we learn through practice (70).
